Dahai , founder of Panda Joy Travel , graduated from English major and started to work as English-speaking tour guide for overseas tourist in 2003 , studied programming on his own and established the English website ,named China Fantasy Travel in 2009 , sharing traveling information with overseas tourists . Due to pandemic , it was shut down . Now , we are back and Panda Joy Travel comes .
